Orders are dispatched within [1–2] working days. Standard delivery takes [3–6] working days, and express delivery takes [2–3] working days. You’ll get a tracking link by email or whatsapp as soon as your parcel leaves us.
We accept JazzCash, EasyPaida, Cash on Delivery, bank transfer. All payments are processed through a secure encrypted checkout.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@weightliftinggears.com or can Whatsapp/Call with your order number and we’ll amend or cancel it. Once a parcel is dispatched we can’t recall it, but you can return it under our standard returns policy.
Choose leather for powerlifting, heavy squats and deadlifts where you want maximum rigidity. Choose nylon or velcro for CrossFit, functional fitness, Olympic lifting and general gym work where you want comfort, flexibility and quick adjustment.
Measure the circumference of your leg [4–5 inches / 10–12cm] above the centre of your kneecap with your leg straight, then check our size chart. If you’re between sizes and want maximum support for powerlifting, size down. If you want comfort for higher-rep or conditioning work, size up.
Position the wrap so it sits directly over the wrist joint, roughly one-third above the joint and two-thirds below, on the forearm. Wrap firmly with slight tension on each pass, then secure the velcro. They should be tight during your set and loosened between sets.
No, this is the most common mix-up. Wrist wraps support your wrist joint during pressing. Lifting straps attach your hands to the bar during pulling. They do completely different jobs.
Padded straps are more comfortable on the wrist for high-volume work. Unpadded cotton straps give a slightly more direct feel on the bar and are preferred by many strength athletes.
